  • Course Enrollment Cancellation:

    • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of enrollment or before accessing more than 20% of the course content , whichever comes first.
    • If you have accessed more than 20% of the course material, no refund will be issued.
     
  • Subscription Services:

    • Monthly or annual subscription refunds are only available if the cancellation is requested within 3 days of purchase and no significant usage of the platform has occurred.
    • Partial refunds for subscription plans will not be provided.
     
  • Bundled Packages:

    • Refunds for bundled courses or packages will only be considered if none of the included courses have been accessed beyond 20%.
     
  • Corporate or Bulk Purchases:

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products such as downloadable resources, certificates, or pre-recorded videos once they have been accessed.
  • Courses or subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Udemy, Coursera). Refund requests in such cases must be directed to the respective platform.
  • Promotional or discounted courses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide any supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., proof of technical issues).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days .
 

4. Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days .
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method. For example:
    • Credit/debit card payments will be credited back to the same card.
    • PayPal payments will be refunded to the associated PayPal account.
    • Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
 

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Technical Issues: If a learner experiences persistent technical difficulties preventing access to the course, we will work to resolve the issue. If unresolved, a refund may be issued upon verification.
  • Course Discontinuation: In rare cases where SkillCitadel discontinues a course, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or credit toward another course.
